Transparent Pricing
Most developers won’t tell you what things cost until after you’ve spent an hour on a sales call. Here’s what you can expect to pay.
Initial Build: $8,000 - $20,000+
Most projects fall in the $8,000-$20,000 range. Here’s what you get:
Discovery & planning – We map out your current workflow and design the solution
Database design – Structured data architecture that scales with your business
Custom interface – Clean, intuitive UI that your team will actually use
Data migration – I’ll move your existing data from Excel/spreadsheets
Training & documentation – Your team gets hands-on training and written guides
Testing & launch – Thorough testing before you go live
60 days of free support – Bug fixes and technical support included after launch
What determines the price?
The complexity of your workflow and what the system needs to do. A focused solution - like client tracking with custom reporting - might be $8,000. A system with multiple user roles, automated notifications, complex permissions, and integrated workflows might be $20,000.

FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes - 50% upfront to begin work, 50% upon completion.
What if my project goes over budget?
Fixed-price means fixed-price. The quote I give you is based on a clearly defined scope, and that’s what you pay. If you want to add features mid-project, we’ll discuss the additional cost before I build them - but the original scope stays at the original price.
Can I pause or cancel maintenance?
Yes - it’s month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 4-8 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity. I’ll give you a specific timeline in the proposal.
What support do I get after launch?
The first 60 days after launch are covered - any bugs or issues with the delivered functionality, I’ll fix at no charge. After that, ongoing maintenance is $200/month.
What if I don’t like something after you build it?
We’ll have check-ins throughout development so you can give feedback before it’s finished. The goal is to get it right, not just get it done.
Do you provide training?
Yes - hands-on training is included. I’ll walk your team through the system and provide written documentation so anyone can get up to speed.
Who owns the code and database?
You do. Everything I build is yours - the source code, the database structure, all documentation. There’s no vendor lock-in. If you ever want to take it in-house or hire a different developer, you have complete ownership and control.
How do you handle confidential information?
I treat all client data as confidential. I’m happy to sign an NDA before we start, and your business information is never shared with anyone.
What if I just want a small project to test working together?
Absolutely. We can scope a Phase 1 project that addresses your core needs - something like migrating one workflow or building a simple tracking system. Once you’re confident in the solution, we can add more features.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes, as long as you’re comfortable with async communication and video calls across time zones.
